At All About Cotton, we want you to be happy with every little thing you order from us. ♡

Since our products are thoughtfully made and packed especially for you, we keep our returns simple and fair.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery.

We may ask you to share photographs or a short video of the product and its packaging so that we can understand the issue and help you quickly.

If the product is found to be damaged, defective or incorrect, we will offer you:

1. A replacement — wherever the same product is available, or
2. A refund — if a replacement is not available.

Return shipping for an approved damaged, defective or incorrect product will be taken care of by us.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Colour preference
Print/design preference
Products that simply don't suit your personal preference
Incorrect size selection when the measurements/details provided on the website were accurate
Products that have been used, washed, altered, stained or damaged after delivery

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Minor variations in colour, print placement or texture may occur due to photography, screens and the natural characteristics of cotton. These are not considered defects.
Customized, personalized and bulk/gifting orders are non-returnable, unless the product received is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Products specifically marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
