Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:​

We dispatch orders within 3-4 days of placing the order. Delivery time would be between 3 - 7 working days depending on your location. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

  • Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.

  • Shipping fees / Cash on delivery charges are not refundable should a purchase be returned.

  • Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.

  • ​We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

  • ​Most of the domestic orders will take about 5-7 business days for delivery from the time of order dispatch.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

​

  • We offer FREE shipping for all orders above Rs.900/- across India and it usually takes 5 to 7 working days depending on the location. Shipment time of the order starts from the day the order is dispatched from our warehouse. However, Our delivery partner will attempt 3 delivery chances failing which it will be marked as RTO (Return To its Origin). The customer will be charged Rs.120/- for re-shipping after its marked as RTO. In case the customer wants to cancel the order, a fee of Rs. 120/- will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded.

  • For any urgent order you can contact us and we will try our best to assist you.

  • Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:​

  • Please contact us at " contact.allaboutcotton@gmail.com " for international orders. We do not accept international orders though our website.

  • We only accept international orders above total cart value INR- 10,000/-.

  • International orders take a minimum of 15-20 business days for delivery from the time of order dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our Email upon request.
